A valid, government-issued photo identification is required for verification. Make sure to bring a physical copy, as digital versions are not accepted.

03. Sign Your Completed Document in Front of Our Notary

Do not sign your document ahead of time. You must sign it in front of our notary, who will witness and verify your signature for legal compliance.

04. Finalize, Pay, & Walk Out With Your Document

We’ll finalize any additional services requested before payment. Once payment is complete, your document is ready to go.

    Yes! In addition to notarization, we offer document printing, scanning, scan-to-email, faxing, and shipping services. If you need help preparing your documents, we can print them for you, and once notarized, we can scan, email, fax, or ship them via overnight or second-day shipping.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major credit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cryptocurrency at this time.

  • Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

    Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours. However, if you prefer a scheduled time, we offer appointments to ensure no waiting.

  • What type of ID do I need?

    You must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state-issued identification card. Digital or photocopied IDs will not be accepted.

  • Can I sign my document before I arrive?

    No, you must sign your document in front of our notary. This ensures proper verification and compliance with legal notarization requirements.

  • Do you notarize real estate documents?

    No, we do not handle real estate document notarization. We specialize in general notarization services such as affidavits, power of attorney, and business contracts.

  • How much does notarization cost?
