Please note that Zapit Solutions Notary Fees are mandated by the State of Nevada and adhere strictly to the guidelines provided in Nevada Revised Statutes 240.100. We are not authorized to charge more than the state-mandated fees.

Mobile Notarization Fees

Hours: Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Travel fees are additional to notarization signature fees.

** Due to the high volume of no-shows, the travel fee will be billed when you schedule your appointment. **

Notarization Fees:

  • Acknowledgments (First signature of each signer) $15
  • Acknowledgments - Additional (For each additional signature of each signer) $7.50
  • Administering an oath or affirmation without a signature $7.50
  • Certifying a copy (Per copy) $7.50
  • Jurat (For each signature) $15

Travel Fees:

  • Travel Fees 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    (State mandated travel fee is $15 per hour with 2 hour minimum)     $30
  • Travel Fees 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM
    (State mandated travel fee is $30 per hour with 2 hour minimum)     $60

Remote Online Notarization Fees

Hours: Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 08:00 PM
  • Acknowledgments $25 First signature per signer, then $15 for each signature thereafter per signer.
  • Jurat, Oath, or Affirmation $25 First signature per signer, then $15 for each signature thereafter per signer.
